SHIPPING POLICY

1. Subjects and scope of shipping:
– Delivery policy is applied to all customers who order via the website
– Shipping scope: Japan and Vietnam

2. Delivery in Japan
– Delivery time: From 1 to 3 days – This time is only relative.
– Delivery fee:

Invoice value >= 35,000 yen: Free shipping.
Invoice value < 35,000 yen:
+ Send by envelope: Collect shipping fee of 500 yen
+ Send by Daibiki: Collect shipping fee of 1,000 yen

3. Delivery in Vietnam
– Delivery time: From 2 to 4 days – This time is only relative.
– Delivery fee
Invoice value >= 5,600,000 VND: Free shipping.
Invoices with value < 5,600,000 VND: Charge 80,000 VND

4. In case of one order, shipping is divided between Vietnam and Japan
– Invoices with value >= 35,000 yen: Only one-way shipping is free (either Japan,
or Vietnam depending on customer’s choice)
– Invoices with value >= 50,000 yen: Free shipping both Japan and Vietnam
